Zozio is delighted to announce the release of its new scheduling module. This new widget (in this first version) allows you to :
- Schedule work orders and tasks on a calendar
- Associate constraints (people, machines, inventory, work in-progress, etc.) with each task
- Plan replenishments and resource transformations to achieve a theoretically unlimited schedule
- Be alerted to over-occupied and under-occupied resources
- Get an hour-by-hour or day-by-day load/capacity view of stocks and resources.
- Dynamically visualize the impact of rescheduling with a simple drag & drop
This module is part of Zozio's desire to make the most of your IoT and can be combined with geolocalized tags to update statuses ("to do", "in progress", "completed"), stages (reception, manufacturing, packaging, shipping) automatically, but also to send down the updated schedule to operators thanks to our geolocalized electronic shelf labels (display of deadline, next stage, priority, etc)
Zozio adapts easily to your scheduling constraints, thanks to its no-code object editor that lets you model any type of :
- resources, for example :
- human with skills
- machine with types, maintenance, etc
- Work in progress with their categories, states, etc
- inventories with future replenishments
To avoid having to enter this data in multiple software packages, Robin can interconnect with all your business software (ERP, MES, HR, etc.) to retrieve data directly, saving time and reducing the risk of errors and duplication.
¶ Route history
A long-awaited new feature has arrived on Robin: a map display of the journeys made by your assets.
To access this new feature, you can :
- click on the new button
in actions from map widgets and pop-maps - create a shortcut column for this purpose in asset and historical tables
Once the trip is displayed, you can dynamically change the period of the trip to be displayed via the selector in the top right-hand corner. This selection is saved to save you having to click each time!

Other news
Robin 2024.3 is packed with other exciting new features:
- Configuration of mini-gauges on panels: unit for threshold configuration added for greater clarity
- Configuring KPI widgets :
- New, simplified creation process
- Possibility of renaming your KPIs from the widget configuration
- Display the name of your asset types as the unit of your KPIs: it's a lot clearer than calling everything "assets"!
- Easy identification of imprecise asset positions because :
- Not enough anchors near the tag (in the case of Wizzilab tags)
- Very old location
- No paired tags to assets
- Increasingly transparent data processing: you can now consult your data protection rights directly from the Robin login page
- KPI editor :
- You can now create numerical breakdowns for your KPIs on numerical indicators (formerly advanced fields)!
- Implementation of KPI and breakdown deletion propagation : say goodbye to white widgets!
- New importable IoTs fields on assets: easily find out which tag is on which asset
- UID
- Serial number

¶ New device in partnership with Orange Business
We have implemented a generic connector for Wirepas devices with our integrator partner Orange Business!
This connector enables all Orange Business customers to use Robin with their Wirepas fleet. The connector is bi-directional, allowing :
- to remount the position of the devices on Robin
- send LED and Buzzer commands from Robin
