New features

¶ New conditions
When configuring your KPIs and widgets for tables, histories or maps, new options appear for the conditions:
- Ability to set conditions on empty text properties. For example, you can configure a table to display only assets that have no description
- Possibility of setting conditions on empty date properties. For example, you can configure a table to display only assets whose expiration date has not yet been set
- Possibility of setting conditions on properties with a date before or after a calendar date. For example, you can configure a KPI to take into account only assets with a start date after January 1, 2024
¶ Our new support form
We have replaced our ticket management tool. A new form is now displayed when you click on contact support from the "?" help menu on the bottom left. You can now find your ticket history at the following URL: https://help.zozio.tech/

Other news
Robin 2024.4 is packed with other exciting new features:
- Gauge thresholds can be set to absolute values or when a percentage is exceeded. Available for KPI Gauge widgets or on numerical properties mini-gauges in the Map, Table and History widgets.

¶ Others
¶ New authentication provider: LDAPS
Until now, Zozio has allowed its customers to use any external authentication provider supporting the OAuth2 protocol.
LDAP stands for "Lightweight Directory Access Protocol". This protocol is used as a standardized access protocol for requests and modifications for distributed and centralized directory services.
Another protocol is now supported on Robin & MAMS platforms: LDAPS. Zozio lets you take advantage of this protocol to :
- log in to Robin and MAMS with the same login/password as your other applications
- auto provision new domain users
- use LDAPS rights groups to define user rights on Robin and MAMS!
¶ Even better safety!
Safety is a key expectation of our customers, and Zozio is keen to be at the forefront of this field. In this context, we have changed the way we store JWT authentication tokens to move them from session storage to a cookie in order to follow the strictest security guidelines on the subject.
