¶ Scheduling 
The Gantt widget gets a makeover 
with new features. It is now possible to share a resource between several tasks. For example, Robin can be told that a 
setting phase and a 
production phase must be carried out on the same machine. A new type of conflict is also displayed: individual resource unavailability 
.
For greater clarity 
, the durations are now systematically displayed in hoursto avoid any confusion between working days and calendar days. The new constraint of order chaining guarantees the completion of one order before starting another (for example, completing a production order before a packaging order).
Finally, on the display side 
, the Gantt gets organized chronologically 
as soon as it opens, the filters now remain open during use, and a new setting makes it possible to set the zoom level by default.
¶ New Calendar & event management widget 
Control the availability of your resources at a glance 
! This new widget makes it easy to create and modify specific 
events. Whether to declare leave 
or malfunctions , plan a maintenance or configure exceptional openings (e.g. overtime 
), time management of your assets has never been so intuitive .
¶ Optimization of resources and working time
We've completely redesigned the working hours menu 
. It is now possible to assign weekly schedules specific to each resource (for example, to manage 
shifts) or to manage site closures 
(for example annual leave 
).
Don't worry: a automatic migration 
of your old settings to ensure business continuity is done automatically 
.
¶ Other new features
Robin 2026.2 includes plenty of nice surprises

- New asset types : The new feature allows you to model your equipment in greater detail, with new types of assets available (manufacturing/repair orders
, tasks 
, events , resources , stocks 
, etc.). - New time field : dynamic display of elapsed/remaining time
(time to expiration or age of work-in-progress). - Evolution KPI widget
- Date formatting : you can choose whether or not to display the current KPI value in your KPI histories.
- Table format : new widget display format, with .csv and .xlsx export.
- Date formatting : you can choose whether or not to display the current KPI value
- Design : updated visual style of buttons in
alert emails. - Automatic fields for new asset types : Two fields are now created by default when a new asset type is created: Creation date and Archive date. These fields make it easier to track the life cycle of your assets.

- Zones : fix bug preventing zone field modification (name, description, zone sent to ESL)

users can now be changed again. - Notifications : optimized loading for large volumes of notifications

- Excel export : unit displayed in the first column by mistake in some table widget exports.
