New features

¶ Gantt Widget: Compare Before Publishing 📆
Gantt moves up a gear 🚀 with the introduction of the mode draft !
Until now, any changes made in the Gantt chart were applied immediately. From now on, your changes are stored in a draft — You can save them, review them, and Publish them when you're ready ✅. No more stress every time you move a task!
And to help you choose the best version of your schedule, a new comparison interface allows you to view side by side:
- 📌 The published plan (currently in production)
- ✏️ Your draft being edited
- ⚡️ The optimized plan suggested by Robin
This will help you make the best decisions before publishing your schedule 🎯.
¶ Workflow: The no-code module is here 🔀
Workflow (beta feature) is a no-code module which lets you automate your processes directly from Robin, without any IT expertise.
You have a wide range of action points to build your workflows, including:
- Asset Creation, Editing, Pairing, and Archiving
- Asset Recovery with Filters
- Loops and if-else statements
- Working with Dates, Tables, and Data
- HTTP Requests
From the triggers side, you can start a workflow:
- When submitting a form widget
- When editing an asset
- Manually
- On a recurring basis ⏰
The workflows also integrate a system of tables to store information in a simplified database, with a dedicated interface and the ability to import from Excel or CSV 📥.
Finally, a module for monitoring of executions lets you monitor your workflows in real time 🔍.
Some examples of what you can do with workflows 💡:
- Automatically Set Priority Levels of your orders resulting from a change in assets.
- Schedule maintenance tasks from an Excel file — Import your maintenance plan and let the workflow create the events in Robin. 📥
- Connect your MES data entries with Robin — Synchronizes data from your production runtime system with Robin to maintain a single, up-to-date source of truth.🔗
¶ Trajectory History: Advanced Filtering
The spaghetti chart (an asset's journey history) becomes easier to read thanks to new filters 🎯 :
- Display only the points where the zone change.
- Advanced mode: Choose one minimum duration and distance to display only significant movements.
¶ Improved Resource Management ⚙️
When a resource is modified or deleted, Robin now automatically updates all the tasks assigned to it. If the schedule requirements are no longer met, or if the event is canceled, the assignment is properly revoked 🧹. No more inconsistencies in your workload plan!
¶ Condition based on asset ID 🔒
Conditions based on an asset's ID are now preserved after a rename of assets. No more lost settings when you change the name 😮💨!
¶ Improved performance of map and table widgets
Map and table widgets now update 10 times faster on average compared to version 2026.3. This reduces some freezes on maps displaying several thousand assets and helps make navigation on Robin smoother.

Here is the list of fixes applied in this version 🔧:
- History Widget : Access to an asset's history even after it has been renamed ✅.
- Calendar Widget : When creating an event, you can once again manually enter a future start date that comes after the end date—the end date will automatically shift to maintain the duration ⏱.
- IoT : Fixed the battery and temperature fields for Abeeway devices 🔋.
- Gantt widget :
- Fixed the display of configuration settings for out-of-stock items ⚠️.
- Fixed the flickering of the date header when zooming in or out 🔍.
- Dashboard Folders :
- Fix: When refreshing a dashboard, the wrong folder would sometimes open 📁.
- Fix: The order of dashboards in a folder was not being saved 🔢.

POI BLE Snap
For BLE tags geolocated via the Wizzilab infrastructure, a new geolocation method is being introduced: the BLE Snap Point of Interest (POI) 📍.
When an anchor is the one with the strongest signal detected by the tag, the system can now Force the tag to be positioned at the location of this anchor. This behavior can be configured on a per-anchor basis to ensure location accuracy tailored to each environment 🎯.
