Folder creation is only possible on a computer

To create a new folder, simply click on the button with the plus sign 
at the bottom of the folder list on the side navigation bar.
You can then choose the name, color and icon you want to give your folder.
Once a folder has been created, you can edit it by clicking on the pencil icon 
to the right of the folder title.
