This major update modernizes the management of permission groups in Robin, providing more clarity and flexibility for user administration.
Backward compatible with the current version
3 templates for one-click addition: operator, manager, administrator
Duplication of an existing group
Deletion of a group, with users reassigned to another remaining group

A brand-new widget makes its appearance to visualize the evolution of your key performance indicators in a clear, time-segmented manner.
Display of KPIs over time by stacked categories
Use case: number of tanks by area, Manufacturing Order by status, etc.

Numerous ergonomic and fluidity improvements have been made to our scheduling widget to make it more intuitive and enjoyable for everyday use.
- Table : horizontal scrolling + minimal columns
- Zoom : automatic zoom on click, smoother zoom, support for Ctrl + mouse wheel
- Gantt : MO (Manufacturing Order) names not truncated, smart offsets, taking work schedules into account
- Load/capacity panel : state retained, sections collapsed by default
- Others : opening/closing an MO (Manufacturing Order) on click, tooltip on conflicts, new deletion window

Robin 2025.3 has plenty of other new features that are exciting:
Ability to dynamically change the period of the KPI widgets (evolution and stacked)
Display of the active period on the time selection button
New explicit error message for inaccessible Wizzilab devices (light signal, forced geolocation)
By default, new KPIs are now logged every day at 00:00

Here is the list of fixes applied to this version:
Adding a blocking on the server side when assigning an invalid value to a choice-list property
Possible to add a gauge widget with a percentage threshold
Adjustment of column widths to reduce the height in the alert recipients table
The history widget now correctly respects the archive state
Display fixed in the history widget for changes to the identifier and archive state
Scheduling: Deleting an WO (Work Order) indeed removes all its tasks
Scheduling: Default centering fixed in the Chrome browser
Table widget: the light signal or forced geolocation works after modifying an asset
Deleting a dashboard possible again
Identifier field: no more page refresh required after renaming the user
Correction of an error when adding the first asset type on an empty site
